Reviews
I have always used Coles and find great service. I love a good special or markdown in prices. Recently I saw some Venison on sale at $34 kg marked down from $38 kg. Closer inspection showed no such deal as all were still at $38 kg. Perhaps Coles was hoping no one would notice.
There are many things in this big supermarket in the Caroline Springs Square but sandwiches or fresh produce for breakfast. Bring your reward card.
I rarely shop at Coles but when I do I'm always reminded by the rude staff why I don't. There were two older women working in the deli on 7/02/24 before midday who were just extremely slow and had no customer service skills. I left and purchased my deli items from the small family run deli across from Coles in CS. Cheaper and fresher unlike Coles, who precuts all their meat because staff can't be bothered with serving customers.
Have chosen not to shop at my local Coles because the trolley section is a disaster. Guaranteed every week to not be able to return my trolley and get my money back. Why am I paying too use a trolley to shop, scan my items and pack them. Time to go back to the way it was
Whoever was working at customer service help desk like 20min ago needs to fix her attitude. There’s no need to be so rude when I was kindly asking for some assistance. If you don’t like talking to people then don’t work in customer service it’s not that hard.
Went into coles Caroline springs Wednesday night and was served by a lovely girl named Layla in the deli Her customer service was outstanding. She was so polite and made my shopping experience a pleasure. There should be more team members like her.
Ahh, my favourite Coles. I often debate whether I should come here, or go to safeway up the way, but I usually go here.
I am particularly fond of their online store. They have certainly upped their game over the years. The produce is usually fresh - as in the past this was often not the case. But this is seldom a concern any longer.
Furthermore, it is rare that items are missed. They are particularly good at providing appropriate replacement of an item that is not in stock.
If I do have any concerns or complaints, I've found these to be easily resolved.
Thank you, friendly neighbourhood Coles. Keep up the spectacular work and I hope to deal with you again very soon.
Actually, I think I need cat food and Pepsi Max. Maybe I'll put in an order now... Hmm!
waited in line for a human to help me.I was directed by a staff member to a free till. While I unloaded the trolley the staff member started talking to the check out lady. They had a whole conversation and not once did the check out lady acknowledge my existence. My bag was packed in such a way that it would not close at all and she did not care, just wanted to carry on conversation with staff member. Poor customer service skills(lack there of)Coles lift your game. Customers are not an inconvenience but the reason that your job exists.
